This week we stuffed our pasta with organic spinach from Blooming Glen Farm (Perkasie, PA). The wilted greens are folded into Caputo Brothers ricotta (Spring Grove, PA) and Pecorino Romano aged cheese. We like to pair these with a simple pomodoro.
Our pasta dough is made with organic, stone-ground spring wheat and pastured eggs from Horse Shoe Ranch (Pottstown, PA).
