Our sweet corn and polenta ravioli is by far our most requested offering. This fresh corn is sourced from A.T. Buzby Farm (Pilesgrove, NJ). The organic heirloom polenta is milled fresh by Farmer Ground Flour (Turmansburg, NY). Just a touch of pecorino and mascarpone cheese are folded in for a creamy finish. We like to pair these with smoked chili, butter, fresh herbs and sun-gold cherry tomatoes.
Our pasta dough is made with organic spring wheat and pastured eggs from Horseshoe Ranch.
