Our award winning radiatori is made with organic red spring wheat milled by Farmer Ground flour in Trumansburg, NY. Only the coarse bran is removed but the germ still remains. This pasta has a subtle nutty flavor without the bitterness of the bran. This shape pairs well with pesto or any sauce that will get caught up in its ridges.
