Our award-winning Radiatori are made with organic red spring wheat milled by Farmer Ground Flour in Trumansburg, NY. Only the coarse bran is removed, preserving the germ and the grain’s natural character. The result is a pasta with a delicate nuttiness and full-bodied flavor. It's intricate ridges capture sauce, making it especially delicious with pesto and creamy cheese sauces.
Each batch is bronze-extruded and dried slowly at low temperatures to preserve the integrity of the grain.
