After resisting for so long we've finally decided to make a pomodoro (tomato) sauce for you to enjoy. The ingredient list is simple and really allows the quality of each to shine through. We use organic garlic in this preparation, from our friends at Blooming Glenn Farm (Bucks County, PA). The tomatoes in this batch are from First Field tomatoes (New Jersey) which lend a bright and rich flavor to the sauce. Pair this with any of our pasta.
Ingredients: Finely chopped tomato, tomato paste, Keepwell heirloom tomato vinegar, organic garlic, chili, salt, extra virgin olive oil.
